I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking to better understand themselves and gain insight into past experiences as well as current struggles. She has a sincere and natural way of making you feel comfortable, accepted, and valued. Her compassion is also met with deep insight and clarity that is communicated in an honest no non-sense way.
