I am certainly glad that I stored my things with Star and Bill. I had the unit for close to 2 years. Bill is the poster child for customer service. He went above and beyond from the first day I rented until my departure in July. Thanks Bill for everything!!!!

Temperature controlled storage spaces as well as loading dock for large trailers to back into to unload inside into the building directly instead of unloading outside and having to pack everything inside. Great management and excellent service

We rented space (12 months) for my mother in 2007. ALL her furniture was in perfect condition. Currently have all my items in a unit. The truck docks with options for semi and pickup trucks as well as drive in spot for cars and vans is an added plus. Prices fair for what you get.

Bill is hands down the most helpful person I've spoken with Today. Even if we do not end up settling with Star Self Storage, you should know this guy is amazing.
