Open flow of communication, always kept apprised of status, able to order exactly what we wanted within reasonable time frame. Exceptional dealings with Nick Stover, he truly made our car buying experience fun and exciting!!! I truly cannot thank him enough for that.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. Sir Victor helped me order the car I wanted. It came earlier than expected and once I came to pick it up, he explained everything in detail about the features of my car and did not pressure me into buying something I didn't need. Walter the finance manager was also great. Definitely am happy with my new car thanks to them.

I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The first person I met at the dealership was Sir Victor. He listened to what I wanted, and made it happen! He ordered the car (exactly as I wanted) and once it arrived he spent time with me and in great deal explained all the features the car offered. I highly recommend you work with Sir Victor. I did not get the high pressure tactics I have all learned to expect, I truly believe his interest was getting me in the car I wanted and needed. Management was excellent also. Brent made sure everything was set up so I could pick up my car, the next day after it was delivered to the lot. Their customer service is outstanding. I left the dealership knowing I had made the right decision on both the car, and the right dealership to purchase from.

We love Don Jacobs Toyota!! They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle of our dreams when Wilde Toyota failed us. Dustin and his team worked with another dealer in Wisconsin who had the exact vehicle we wanted and they got it in our hands in just a week. Ashley was so lovely to work with when we came to pick it up and it was such a refreshing experience after what we went through with Wilde Toyota (Wilde way over promised and way under delivered along with having zero communication skills).
