As their prices are great and staff is very nice they rush you too fast. They don't thoroughly explain and they don't let you speak to the vet. Your animal goes in, you tell them what you need done and they send out bill, you pay and here's your animal with whatever meds they need at the moment. The van they work from is super small so you wait outside. Overall they get the job done and for a way better price.
