I had a family get-together recently and someone stubbed their toe in my basement leaving bloodstain trail on the carpet. I called "My Trusted Carpet" and the owner was very professional. He and another member of his team arrived on time and provided excellent service with results! The pricing was great for the job they did. I will use their service in the future again as we are extremely satisfied!

They even gave us a bottle of organic stain stuff since we have a puppy. They were on time - actually early (super great!), like their website says there are NO HIDDEN FEES...their prices are published. They do their work fast! I think our carpets will now last a few extra years. We DEFINATELY will use them again!
