This review is so over due. The staff and Dr’s here are some of the best in Saint Louis. My kiddos rave about Dr. Sarah and I understand why. Don't hesitate to set up a visit. It will be worth it!

I’ve seen Dr. Sarah Geringer through 3 pregnancies and currently seeing how now for aftercare. I highly recommend her. She honestly cures my sciatica every time it acts up. She is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to assure you have a great experience.

I have been coming to smart pain solutions almost weekly for the past few months to help with pregnancy back pain. I always look forward to coming here! the staff is so friendly, they know me by name and i’m never waiting a long time. Dr. Katie is the best! She is so sweet and helpful and explains everything to me and does her best to answer my questions. I couldn’t be luckier to have found this place! 10/10 recommended ❤️

When I called I was pleasantly surprised how nice and kind the reception was ! She answered my questions kindly and without appearing condescending!She was amazing! I got an appointment the same week! I met Dr Katie she was absolutely amazing and caring! While we talked she was creating a plan for my particular ailments! I was in agonizing pain! When I left I was 99% pain free! I hadn’t felt that good in a long time! Even on the day of my appointment the receptionist remembered my name and appointment what a personal touch that was! A male chiropractor was talking a patient to another location he was very patient until the patient go to the address! These people from the receptionist to the doctors are very caring concerned and you will walk away feeling well cared for!
