Ahmad is excellent. He has a very calming presence and is extremely knowledgeable about acupuncture, Chinese herbal treatments and therapeutic movement techniques like qi gong and tai chi. He has helped me improve my sleep, stress, knee pain and much more. Highly recommend!

Acupuncture is real. I walked out the door walking 🚶‍♂️ upright. You can target the areas you need and get real results. You insurance may even cover some procedures.

Ahmed did a great job listening to my issues and tailoring the acupuncture session to address them. He also suggested some things for me to try at home that also worked very well. They did an awesome job at helping me get closer to a healthy body and soul like the name suggests. I will definitely be returning soon!
