Had what I was looking for. I shopped online checking the local big box stores and saw that Reliable Appliance-Big Lake had what I wanted. Took a visit to the store with tape measure in my purse to make sure the appliance would fit in the respective spaces. Jeff was patient and answered my questions, set me up with scheduling the delivery. I was notified the day prior for delivery service. John(sp?) and Garrett notified me prior to getting to the house that they were on the way and showed up within 10 mins. I had two appliances prepped and ready to take away and had the replacements installed quickly. The total time was less than 45 mins. Very satisfied, the price I paid for a refrigerator and a dishwasher was less than what I would have paid for just one refrigerator at a local big box store.

fast efficient and amazing customer service came out within 2 days of me making an appointment fixed my washer and dryer barely spent $500 well less than the price of a new washer or dryer units I recommend them 100%

Came to fix my fridge, ended up looking at my dryer too. Fixed my dryer and fridge!!!!! Best place to call. ALL of my appliances are from reliable. Ill NEVER go anywhere else!!!!😊😊😊😊😊

Reliable just replaced a toilet for us that cracked after the most recent 5.0 earthquake near Big Lake. They also did extensive work for us after the 7.0 earthquake two years ago. Their notification system to confirm appointments is excellent, and their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
