The young lady I spoke to i believe her name was Monica was great with answering all my questions beforehand. Once I arrived she still was very helpful, pleasant, and had great customer service. I was impressed by how clean the grounds and office were. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage.

Monica and Janelle are very friendly and helpful! We have had a storage off and on through the years and have always come back to StorQuest in San Leandro when we are in need of one. The cleanliness, professionalism and awesome service makes us highly recommend this place. It is safe with 24 hour security and well maintained.

I have had a storage unit here for years. Over the number of years, the staff has been very accommodating and always very helpful. Both Janelle and Monica were very helpful as I had to make some changes with my unit and moved into multiple units. I would recommend this location versus other storage locations in the San Leandro area, as I have been to others as well.
