Superior and Exceptional service!!! My iPhone died while escapting from a rain storm. I drove 45 minutes to this location to purchase a new iPhone. They were out of inventory as all the iPhones were allocated for other customer purchases. Jose M. went above and beyond by allowing me to buy one of these phones and he drove over an hour to another Verizon store to pick up a new phone.

My wife and I decided to stop by ford's garage for lunch and decided to stop by a Verizon store to upgrade our old phones. Luis was able to get us through the process quickly and was pleasant to work with. Excellent communication and was clear on exactly what we would be paying for. Love our new phones.
