Long time La Z Boy customer, 1st time in new Allen store. Glinda (with an I) was a great sales person and quickly help me find the perfect recliner for a small, 5 foot tall, older lady. I had a budget and this Collage wall hugger recliner is just perfect for me. Comfortable, pretty and just right. Can't wait till Wednesday when it will be delivered, put in my room and they will remove my old, broken chair and put it in the garage for me. UPDATE: 6 months later and the bottom cushion of recliner isn't as comfortable as I would like. But it's holding up well. You can pay for an upgraded cushion when you order it, but that was just too much money for me.

It was painless and effortless. Mark let me browse, sit, stretch out, and otherwise enjoy the sofas the way I will use mine. Excellent sales process in my opinion. Looking forward to the delivery date down the riad.

We went to La-Z-Boy on 03/06/21 in Allen. We were looking to buy two recliners. Sherry met us after going in and asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to show us the large number of recliners they had in their showroom. Sherry was very knowledgeable and helpful by offering suggestions to us. We sat in a lot of the recliners before finding the ones we wanted. Sherry made the experience fun and enjoyable. We will not hesitate to go back if we need anything else even though it is a 90 mile trip each way. Thank you Sherry.
