Emily is an amazing personal trainer. She is creative, fun, non-judgemental and super well educated in her field. I always look forward to my sessions and feel great after. She is also very easy to communicate with regarding scheduling as well. I refer my friends to her all of the time.

Emily did the impossible; She made my husband and I look forward to working out! Her extensive knowledge, skill set, and unique training style blew our expectations away. In just a few months, she has changed our perspective on exercise as well as our lifestyle for the better. I am someone who is very intimidated by gyms and exercise programs, but Emily is incredibly down to earth and makes working out practical and (dare I say) fun.

love training with my daughter one of the highlights of my day. She keeps me in great shape and is very knowledgeable when it comes to correcting issues you are experiencing. Cant wait for her new gym to open.
