The staff working with the boats are very good people. Some folks at the office level need improvement on their customer service skills.

This is a great marina and the staff is very nice! They always had the boat ready for us. Very accomodating staff! I wish it was closer from my house.

Have been at BBC before and needed a spot for our new boat. Layla was courteous and helped us into storage at Cortez Village marina. Mark and Chris who run the forklift are both great people who are always willing to help.
