I had a problem with my card today so I called CUTX Lewisville. After telling them the problem I was transferred to Jimea. Jimea gave me clear instructions on what I needed to do in order to resolve the issue at hand. She was patient and dedicated to helping me. After everything was completed, she told me that I’d be getting a call later to tell me the issue has been fixed. Jimea took care of my problem and was kind while doing it. Very happy with the service! 5/5

I went here to get a 2017 mustang my credit score was not perfect but it was something to start off with I went to Ronnise Mitchell and from the get go she was more like family then a representative and she explained everything very well. She couldn’t have done a better job she was able to get me approved with a great interest rate and she worked very hard to not let a dealership screw me over. Amazing work would highly recommend to friends and family 10/10

My first time being in a credit union facility and it was that pleasant. While there, I met Kristin Groome who despite being new to the job, did exceptionally well. She and the rest of the staff on duty were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Good job, Kristin. Keep up the good work.
