Currently at a home managed by them and so far any issue we have had whether it be questions or maintenance, our point of contact responds almost immediately regardless of the time we text him. We are working on some upgrades and TLC around this house and they are more than cooperative and willing to work alongside us and compensate us for whatever we spend by making a deal with our rent.
