I can't say enough about how great everyone is at Erie insurance. Jared and Justine are the two people we have worked with the most over the past few years. Recently we moved, bought two cars and basically switched up our whole life. Justine was all over it. She answered every call, faxed documents, sent me emails and answered all my questions. During a stressful time she really made me feel like she had our backs and we didn't have to worry about insurance falling through the cracks. If you need insurance, I definitely recommend them.

Justine and Jared were so polite and helpful to explain any of the many many questions I had . Very hospitable. ALWAYS answering the phone every time I called, and when I was sitting in the office doing paperwork I noticed someone in the office ALWAYS answered and did not divert to voicemail. That said TONS to me knowing if I was in an emergency situation I would get prompt service. Just recently divorced and doing this on my own for the first time I was completely impressed with the whole process not just the prices they quoted, overall customer service was top notch and will be referring them to everyone I talk to.
