I enjoyed the constant communication between myself and Ms. Roland (the owner) and their flexibility. We ordered two services, the chair massage and facial. The technicians did a wonderful job. I gave it 4 starts because getting things started was a bit shuffled and one of the technicians areived late. I thought it was worth the owner tried to stick around even after she told me she just wanted to come to get them started and to meet me. Luckily, she didn't stay. My friends were impressed with their services, we just wished they would have done extractions with the facials. Everything else was on point. A plus because they came out in the snow!
