Before I started pilates with Laura my flexibility was so poor I couldn't touch my toes and I was in constant back pain from old injuries. Laura took time to learn about my health history and customized a program that has helped me gain flexibility, and strength. My wife and I now go to classes twice a week and we have both seen great benefits to our overall health.

And don’t think you’re too old to try it! It’s great for any age and as a “senior,” I couldn’t recommend it more highly for people in my age group!
