I LOVE the choice I made joining F45! It’s VERY organized, super efficient, has ingenuitive workouts, and good music. The owner, trainers and members are very friendly and helpful. The trainers do a great job of checking your form and giving tips that are specific to you during the workout.

I started at F45 about a month ago and love the transformation I am already seeing. With two kids, family and work, I love that I can wake up and get a great focused work out in before anyone else in the house is even awake. The instructors are constantly moving around and helping you with form to get the most out of your work out and to avoid injuries. I would highly recommend!!

This gym is the best place for a great group workout. Every workout is different, so you never get bored. The owner is very friendly and capable. I love this place and the convenient location!

F45 has been such an amazing place for my fitness journey! Through postpartum and a new pregnancy, every coach has worked with me along the way. Coach Lu helped me tremendously during the fitness challenges to reach my weight goals and I can’t thank them enough. Coach Chad also worked with me as well during every milestone. I will always enjoy being a member of this gym!

There are a lot of gyms out there...and I’ve probably tried them all. F45 is the only gym I’ve felt so passionate about. If I miss a day of one of the trainers perky am faces trying to encourage my still sleepy scowl my entire day is lost. Everyday I start with F45 is a great day. They offer a 1 week free trial and if you can make it through that...you’ll be hooked for sure. Variety of fitness levels attend and everyone is friendly. You won’t regret checking this place out!
