Baybrooke Village Care And Rehab Center

The Best Care facility my Mother has been at the last 3 years. We moved her there a few months ago and she gets great care and much kindness from the aides, they call her Mama and throw kisses at her which she loves. She cannot walk but knows everything thats going on. If there is anything she needs I call and immediately it gets noticed and resolved. The entire staff is very helpful and they care about our concerns. The New Director Chris is great and cares about his residents and the families having peace of mind that their loved ones are cared for. I go there daily so I see that every staff member helps out in everything they need to help with - although its not their job. Its a big facility but it is ran like a tight ship because the staff cares! The Therapists are awesome. Valerie is a great Activity Director. They provide great entertainment and fun activities for residents and make them feel special, In the short time there, my Mother has already received care from a Dentist, a Podiatrist and and Eye doctor. That's unheard of in most facilities. I highly recommend this place.

Working here has been great. I have only been here a month and so many great changes have happened. I started here around the same time as the new admin and he along with our team is making this the place to be and work. We are striving to be better!

My father was recently there for a short stay and I highly recommend this rehab facility. The clinical team were amazing with him. He was very pleased with the nurses and nurse aides that took care of him. If we had a question or a concern, the management team took care of it right away. Two thumbs up in my book!

I have been a resident at Baybrooke for five years. The nursing and administrative staff is professional, prompt and courteous. The receptionist is friendly and always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. The wellness department is well run, professionally staffed and always busy with activities for the residents.
I highly recommend Baybrooke if you are looking for a homey and loving environment for your loved ones.
