The customer service was awesome. Pls make sure to call and schedule an appt as the staff is limited due to the pandemic however, they are still helpful and pleasant.

We had an AMAZING experience on Saturday with Zena. I called beforehand and she let me know that all the vehicles she had, were on the website as well as the carfax info. I set an appointment, let her know the car I was interested in, we test drove and checked the car out, went in and signed the paperwork, paid the cash, and we were out. I so appreciated her knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing and her kindness. Thank you Zena, we will be back.

Zena was a sweet heart I loved her smile. Great customer service and I’m in love with my BMW X5. This was my first time spending that amount on a vehicle outright but I tell you it was worth every penny. I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family.Thanks again

I know I’m late posting my review but here it is:

I would like to thank East Wake Auto Sales for selling me my 2011 BMW 535i. It was the exact car with the exact features I was looking for. The price was reasonable, no hesitation of buyers remorse at all. Zena and the crew definitely worked with me being that I am from out of state. There are maybe small minor issues I am having with the car but besides that, it runs like brand new. Thank you all for helping me get my BMW. Loving it!!!!
