I highly recommend Collen. After reading other reviews I reached out to Colleen to help plan a Disney vacation for our family. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She is now helping us plan a Beaches vacation for 2022! I am going to recommend her to anyone who needs a travel agent.

Colleen helped us plan our first family Disney trip. She is so awesome, responsive and was able to accommodate all our requests. Why did I wait so long before using a travel agent? Colleen is a travel expert...which is probably why we had the BEST TRIP EVER! Just returned from Mexico where everything was top notch...the resort, the food, the people! Loved it! Thanks Colleen for putting it together and for everything going so smoothly. ♥

We had the best time at Disney World. I cannot even comprehend why you'd try to plan your own vacation (unless you've been 20 times before). Get a travel planner; specifically: call Colleen. We avoided lines whenever possible, we felt safe during covid, we did ALL the rides we wanted to do, we had a plan each day that was realistic and when we were tired we went back to our awesome onsite hotel and swam in the pool. Colleen knows all of the insider tricks and that saved us from meltdowns and overheating. The two most common phrases of our trip: "That was awesome!" and "Colleen was right again."

We had the most amazing/magical time in Disney! Colleen was a wonderful travel agent! She was SO very helpful with all the planning. She helped make reservations & even suggested things! She was a fabulous guide! She made things less stressful that's for sure! I keep pinching myself we actually went! Very thankful for her guidance & assurance as well!
