Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was above our expectations! We received upgrade to SUV from mid size for the entire week while waiting for our car body work completion. Car delivery and return was as smooth as possible. Customer service was excellent!

The customer service here is phenomenal. From before i booked my reservation. I am a bit particular I may say and they found a car for me. The GM Agim called me 3 times to let me know what he just got in. Gina checked me out in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out with my rental. Agim Thank you and your staff. I hardly write reviews but I had to this time. You guys have a good thing going on.

I rent very frequently and always receive excellent customer service, clean vehicles and the best prices in comparison to other car rental centers. I was stuck in traffic on a Sunday morning due to an auto accident and called the location on RT 23 in NJ because they would be closing at noon. Much to my surprise, the agent waited until I arrived allowing me not to delay my business trip an additional day.

I could say this was by far the best experience I’ve had with enterprise! Thanks to Gina she took care of me and made it such a smooth experience. She was very courteous ! She’s absolutely amazing !! I’ll definitely be coming back to this enterprise !
