My experience with this company was wonderful. The receptionist was absolutely gracious and very pleasant. The sales team was very knowledgeable and they helped me find and perfect vehicle for my needs. I even got a briefing on the proper operation.. The service man was very pleasant and definitely knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with this team they are exceptional.

I was having what seemed to be an impossible time finding a suitable accessible van... for my seemingly simple needs, but once I contacted mobility works Livonia they helped and immediately-- put me in a perfect vehicle in no time. Im throughly satisfied and would/will recommend their services to everyone looking for handicapped accessible vehicles... and rentals.

This is a review for MobilityWorks - Livonia, Michigan location. My father fell and fractured his hip and we were in need of a wheelchair accessible van to transport him to and from various appointments. Renting a wheelchair accessible van from MobilityWorks was an EXCELLENT choice! MobilityWorks Staff (Cheyanne) was fantastic. The van was clean and modern and super simple to use! Much lower cost solution than a transport service and you are in control for drop-off and pick-up. MobilityWorks wheelchair accessible van rental is a GREAT option! Will use again without hesitation. Thanks!
