Dr. Burgess and her staff was amazing. I can honestly say that my medical needs, was their priority. I love the atmosphere in the office and the warmth that radiates off of that staff!

My visit was ok because i actually like my Dr (Tucker) however I wish they were just a little more proficient with follow up. I had some prescriptions I was concerned about but didn’t get a notification and I am currently awaiting a response from office staff.

Dr. Burgess is consistently personable and professional during each of my visits. I have been a patient for over 5 years and I have seen the growth mindset for the practice come to fruition. Her staff mirrors her work ethic and I sense their desire to deliver care at my time of need. I am glad to have Dr. Burgess, as my primary care physician and the Personal Touch staff, who partner with me ,in my time of medical need and assist me with preventative care.
