Gary was friendly and professional. He came out to repair our front door and he got the job done. After he was finished I asked him if he would take a look at our air filters and dryer. Instead of saying that he was just here for the door repair, he said he would be happy to help me. He was very knowledgeable and we would hire him again!

Richard and Christopher were GREAT! Early to the appt and very professional. This is a rental property and sometimes landlords will send just anyone but this was not the case. These 2 gentleman did an excellent job.

We received prompt scheduling and up to the minute updates of an anticipated arrival. Post visit Richard advised that the parts were ordered and once received a follow up visit would be scheduled. I highly recommend for the excellent service.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance has been an amazing go to vendor for us. Being in the property management business having a reliable vendor is critical to keep our residents satisfied. I can truly say that Scott is a great point of contact. He has helped me out numerous requests that range anywhere from electrical, plumbing, clogs, the list goes on.
