Gary was my sales associate. Through out the buying process he was very helpful and was very courteous and made the buying experience really easy. The dealership is also really nice with a great selection of quality vehicles. They might have slightly higher pricing but the quality of the vehicles is definitely at a different level than some dealerships that i have visited. I purchased a Maserati Grantourismo and i couldn't be happier. Lovely car and in beautiful condition. Looking forward to developing a lasting relationship for future purchases that i might have. Would definitely recommend Gary and his team!

Gary was extremely helpful on my purchase! I purchased my M4 from out of state. He and Nick in finance made everything easy and seamless with no hick-ups! Fantastic to work with, and highly recommended. The entire process took only a couple of days from the first call to the delivery from Chicago to my home in Columbus.

Made an inquiry to Gary over the phone as I was shopping from out of state. Got the pressure from the sales associate but that was already expected, fine. What I didn’t expect was for Gary to ask about the other car I was looking into and he went to do his homework and pointed out good reasons why not to buy from competition, which I went and looked myself and he was right. Everything went smooth except the transportation, wish they had more transportation companies since theirs was delayed and I had to call other transportation companies to pick up my car. At the end Gary got me a full tank of gas oh and he kept in to his throughout the process.

I recently purchased a 2021 BMW M340i. The Ultimo team exceeded my expectations.

Gary is a fantastic Sales Consultant. He's very knowledgeable; and employs a consultative vs 'selling' approach. I enjoyed collaborating with him.

I would also like to call out Nick (Finance Mgr). As with Gary, Nick is very professional, and made the financing/final paperwork process seamless.
