So when I was lucky enough to stumble on Grewal Family Chiropractic it was truly by chance. My body was exhausted, stressed, pained, but as a wife mother, and provider you just keep going.
Fast forward to today- my stress level, my energy, my mood has turned 180. This business showed me what I needed to see to make the necessary changes that I was ignoring to improve my quality of life. I’m excited and I’m just so grateful. My neck, back and so much more are improving.

I started getting adjusted with DR J about 2 months ago for some lower back pain, shoulder pain. In the two months of treatments that I have had I can say I have learned a lot about the Spine and how important it is in the vitality of the human body. Although it's a bit early to say but I can feel that my shoulder pain has reduced and we are still working on lower back pain.
Dr J has a very pleasing personality and gives tips for improving overall health. I am happy to have found this place!
Things to improve: The staff makes your rushed if you are scheduled near their closing hours. I get that they get busy but one should be made rushed if you are scheduled in time.

I say a 5+ Rating! Dr. Jay’s office and practice is a well oiled working machine. His methods are well thought out and effective. I’m grateful to know him and JR and Kayla. They are indeed a blessing from our Father-Mother God.

Dr J is amazing. He is up to date with the latest technology for restoring the body to health. I have an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of health issues. Through the Chiropractic and supplemental program, I have been able to get off 2 medications and am sleeping and feeling so much better. The knowledge and information Dr J shares is life changing. I am so grateful I found the center and look forward to continued healing.
