Killer gym! There's some really good talent coming out of here. The coach takes time to give individual tips and makes sure all the students are learning comfortably. Excellent environment.

As a person that has trained with some great people, I don't think you will find a better group to train with. Facility is clean, and in this day and age that is paramount. Coaching is excellent and the owner is super passionate about his craft.

Excellent kids program that teaches children to not only defend themselves, but the importance of being an outstanding citizen in their community.
