Newmoor Properties has been such a great place to rent from. Jessica, Property Manager, and Paul, Maintenance, are always so fast to fix things as needed and are always so helpful & kind. Highly recommend!

I recently switched to this clinic. I'm happy with the care I e received. Couldn't ask for better people. I'm used to having sub par medical treatment. Not here. They do their jobs well!

Jessica, the property manager, has been an absolute joy to work with. She’s very professional, kind and on top of everything. I feel she genuinely cares about her residents. Anytime I have anything maintenance related, they are at my place within 4-42 hours getting things squared away. Paul, Mr. Maintenance/patience, is always super helpful and does an outstanding job.

Newmoor has come such a long way since new management took over. Jessica, the Property Manager is always so pleasant and helpful. The maintenance actually gets things done quickly and efficiently, and most of the townhouses have upgraded flooring and fixtures. They even redid the whole office. Would definitely recommend these to anyone wanting comfortable, affordable townhomes with excellent customer service!

Very nice duplexes with reasonable rent, especially considering they allow pets and have washer/dryer hookups. Very friendly office staff who takes care of needs quickly with a very responsive maintenance staff. I have lived here 3 years and am very happy. I loved the previous staff and was nervous when they changed over but I have had nothing but great experiences with the new staff and maintenance. My only complaint is the lack of central heating/air and that the front walkway floods when it rains, but it is my understanding they are working toward outfitting the older homes with central and ground elevation for the walkway is just an unfortunate consequence of nature, not the fault of the company at all. I highly recommend them to any small sized family with a smaller pet because they are just the right size.

I have only lived here a short while, but my experience from start to finish was amazing. Jessica the property manager was professional and curtious and made my family feel welcome. The maintenance department has also been very professional. My apartment was freshly painted, cleaned and perfect for move in.

I walked by to seek help and they guided me in the right direction. He saw I was sick and having a hard time. Very good people, they are so nice I highly recommend this doctor. He cares so much and will guide you the right way
