I read so many bad reviews that I been very sceptical about this place. But.... In and out in 35 minutes. Maybe I been lucky or because it was Saturday. But well desrved 5*.

Not a bad place to deliver. Small area. Normal unload time. Which is around two hours. Only had four pallets of Dole salads. Everything has to be counted and verified. They do have a few parking spots if you arrive early. No restrooms. Area doesn't look too good.

For the truckers. There are some overnight parking spots in the area, but be aware, this is not a low incidence area. No parking on the premises due to lack of space. From 13th Street Ensley, turn left through Brock Industrial Drive, and then right into Roberts Industrial. Don't let the signs misguide you.

I all depends what product you have this was an easy rolloff load.
They do have overnight parking on their lot and there is also plenty of parking on the side streets.
