Parkview Village Apartments

Love my apartment. Nice neighborhood to live in and have kids in. Lots of playground area and a dog park for your dogs.

Nice place for me and my kids. Friendly office staff, quiet area. Spacious living space. Definitely recommend

I originally wrote this in the heat of the moment. I understand that when a place has mostly new staff communication can be difficult. Thankfully my friends are now in their new apartment and--while staying at hotels did cost them quite a bit of money--it's not fair of me to judge the situation from an outside perspective when I'm sure a lot was going on.

Original review:
This is not my personal experience but I'm angry for my friends. My friends have been trying to move into this place for 2 weeks. Management pushed back their move in date 4 times now and they've had to spend twice rent staying in hotels because they're already out of their old place. They have the keys but apparently the work that needs done before they can move in hasn't even been started? Management seems to have no communication with maintenance staff.

The townhome is very nice. I was very happy with the customer service given anytime I am having an issue or etc. The maintenance guy always comes to figure it out and fix it, also with very nice service. I find it very homie and it is somewhere I am happy and comfortable living. Thank you to the Parkview Village team.
