I have constant issues with my upper back due to the fact that I’m on my feet all day and have generally bad posture. I am constantly paying for massages to relieve the constant muscle tension and irritation I feel in my shoulders.

Kat has a broad range of specialties (from nutrition to stretching techniques - SHE IS AMAZING AT IT ALL) that showed me that I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on “quick fixes” that give me temporary relief. Before beginning, she took extra time to understand my lifestyle and habits to make sure she gave me a personalized regimen that works for me. She gives everyday tips and techniques that you can use LONG TERM for overall wellness. Within a week, I felt the tension in my shoulders diminish to the point that I rarely notice it. Any questions I have, Kat and the team at Physio Elements have been extremely quick to respond and do so in a way that makes me feel at ease.

This is the best Physical Therapy practice on Long Island. I say that because the highly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff is unlike any other. Special thanks to Dr. Kat Castro and Dr. Sam Robin for their incredible PT skills. Highly recommended.

The staff here is very friendly and the therapists are excellent. My entire family comes here and I would recommend their services. I look forward to coming to therapy every week and I have shown significant improvement in my condition since I first started.

The most attentive, thorough and loving care! My therapist took the time to carefully diagnose and analyze the root of my pain. I've had shoulder, neck and wrist pain that is all gone after her precise treatment. The office is brand new, so clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.
