Brittany’s knowledge and professionalism of what I needed with my budget in mind was outstanding! I can’t say enough good things about my visit. Brittany took her time to show me all the models relevant and was not pushy in any way and answered all my many questions. I feel that I made a very well informed decision. Brittany was very knowledgeable and friendly! We went in knowing what we were looking for and found 2 we liked. Brittany explained the benefits for each and compared price points and features. Quick and easy process and we both would definitely recommend!

Brittany, was a fun and helpful manager! She walked us through the store asking questions about our preferences and needs. She helped us figure out the best bed within our price range. If you’re looking to buy a new mattress or just inquire about the details and specifics of different options, the Terrell TX location was a great experience. I was helped by Brittany, and she was extremely knowledgeable. I personally hate shopping for furniture because most times, it’s a stressful experience with staff being excessively pushy. Brittany was phenomenally helpful. She was professional and really listened to what I was looking for. Customer service was exceptional. 10/10 I’ll go back.

Stopped into the Terrell, TX location with the intent to just price a new mattress. Brittany helped us. No high pressure sales pitch. Just knowledgeable facts which helped us make our decision. She was even able to save us some money on the overall package. Again, never felt pressured at all. Great store and manager.
