Excellent service. My hard drive was going out which made my laptop operate extremely slow, which was so frustrating. The technicians diagnosed the problem, replaced the hard drive, and gave it a good cleaning, inside and out. It runs amazingly fast now, better than new. I couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have dealt other computer repair companies in the northern KY. area and this is by far the best experience I have encountered. I spoke to Ira several times and he is always cheerful and very patient with explaining what I need and how be he can help. I often ask questions unrelated to the problem at hand and he spends the extra time to educate me. I have spoken to other members of the staff and found them all to be happy, knowledgeable, and dedicated team.
