Omaha Orthodontics

We were traveling from out of town and needed some help getting bands for my daughter. The folks at Omaha orthodontics were very friendly and were able to help us out!

Wow, I'm so glad we decided to get another opinion on my daughter's braces.

We go to our regular dental checkups and my daughter's pediatric dentist suggested she look into braces since her two front, adult teeth may need some intervention. After some reviews, we went to a highly rated orthondontist office that was nearby.

While we knew braces weren't cheap, we were advised to do Phase 1 and Phase 2 treatments which amounted to about 4k and 6k...or 10k altogether for this child. Mind you, I have 4 kids so mathematially I should set aside 40k for my kids...holy moly!

When my husband saw the quote, he suggested we get at least another consult somewhere else and thus brings Omaha Orthodontics into the picture. They came highly recommended by my neighbor so I made an appointment and we got in a month later.

We were SO impressed by all the little touches upon check in. A small gift for my daughter, having her name written on the welcome board, an inviting and kid-friendly lobby (with SNACKS!). Outside of the physical perks, every single personal interaction was friendly and courteous. I really appreciated how they talked to my daughter as if she was mature and capable because she is! When we left, she talked about how she liked this orthodontist office a lot.

The biggest thing was that while the other ortho recommended her doing 2 phases, we were told that Omaha Orthodontics tries to keep it to one treatment if possible. Per their recommendation, they think straight teeth can be achieved in one treatment and that she likely wouldn't need it for another 2-3 years. We will have annual check ins leading up to that point to ensure her teeth are growing correctly.

I'm just so impressed by how forthright they were and as a parent, I definitely appreciate doing what is necessary instead of spending more than needed. We don't have a quote yet (since she won't need them for awhile) but I'm just about certain we will be using them for orthodontic care for this child and all my other 2.

I am currently an Invisalign patient at Omaha Orthodontics!!! I am beyond satisfied with the treatment I have received from the doctors and staff! I love how they take time to put your specific needs/treatment first!! This orthodontist office does not feel intimidating and everyone is very welcoming!!!! If you follow them on all social media platforms, you can hear about fun contests and specials they have!!! I highly recommend Omaha Orthodontics to everyone!!!!

My daughter Jessica loves the staff here, they are so nice and friendly. I like the fact that they explain everything to you as a parent and they go the extra mile to ensure you're happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend them and we couldn't be more happier with the results my daughter has seen.

Could not be more thrilled with the customer service from all the staff members at Omaha Orthodontics. We worked with Dr. Morrison on a plan of action for our son and everything has been explained all the way through. Our son has seen both Dr. Morrison and Dr. McIntyre during his visits and we have been thrilled with both. They are always willing to answer any questions. They are also very considerate of the patient's feelings about the treatment. Scheduling is easy, reminder texts/emails great. and you don't wait for your appointment. And I know I said it already but the customer service is top notch from the front staff, to assistants, doctors, everyone! We recommend Omaha Orthodontics to any one that asks!
