I was forced to take a year off of running due to an achilles injury and was referred to Dave Griffiths after trying various other clinics. After just a few sessions I was running again and within 2 months running pain free! Dave's proactive approach with exercises and stretches in addition to treatment has made all the difference for me. Griffiths has a fantastic team. I've seen Dave and Sam on separate occasions and am grateful for their expertise and professionalism. The whole team is awesome, and super friendly. Dave has been working with my mother to help her with certain mobility issues, and she can't stop talking about her positive experiences at their office!

Amazing! My daughter has ongoing shoulder pain sustained from rowing. Dr. Dave assessed and worked with her over the course of several weeks, changing her at home exercises weekly in response to her progress. She came away from her appointments not only feeling better but having the knowledge of why the injury happened in the first place so she can make adjustments to prevent future pain. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
