I love Jerri and the workers....they call to check on you...never leave you with unanswered questions...anytime you need ANYTHING there is always someone in place to answer. Oh and they love sending cards ....BTW thanks thanks thanks for all you do.... I'll definitely refer anyone!

I've been with The Jerri Burnett Agency for nearly 25 years. Jerri and her team is a dream to work with. Jerri always very responsive to my needs and is always so courteous. I have serveral policy's with Jerri and if I forget to submit payment her team always give me a reminder call. If you're in the market for a new agent I would highly recommend working with Jerri. I like it that my agent is right in the neighborhood and anytime I call, the receptionist is always so nice and professional. If they do not know the answer, they will get with you shortly. Jerri Burnett is a Great agent and she is a wonderful person. I do not know what I would do if she left Moody.I have my cars, and homeowners insurance with her .Easy to work with her. Jerri Burnett has been the best insurance agent I ever had, and I've had a few. Her team is very nice and have the best customer service,very prompt response to any questions or messages. Jerri is not only an my agent but a GOD SENT when I lost my Husband in 2012 in a motorcycle accident. Jerri handled everthing and when I went to her office she gave me a devotional book "JESUS CALLING". It helped so much I bought it for someone who had the same lost. I still read it over and over and she still checks on me to this day. My husband always spoke highly of her and we all became GREAT friends, she always go above and beyond the call of agent.
