Mel was amazing with the check in and lease signing process! She went above and beyon to talk about the ins and outs and explain things to me because I had never rented a storage unit before. Unit was clean, as was the facility. Lots of cameras and good neighborhood so it seems very safe!

Mel has been incredibly kind and helpful! She even followed up with us a few days after getting our unit making sure our move was going smoothly. Great customer service and experience!

I'm very happy with my choice to go with SmartStop self storage. The manager was very professional and made sure I knew how to enter the building via the keypad, that was important to me because I will need access to my unit after hours. The carts provided are very helpful to move bulky items and they're always seems to be multiple carts available.

I am renting #2108 and I had my mail temporarily forwarded to Florida from this past May until October when I returned to Phx. My mail caught up to me, when I received a notice that my rent was being raised again to almost $200, starting in November. I have my bank pay all my creditors automatically and I didn't update my account for SmartStop in time for the November payment, so I called and talked to Mel, the manager and told her that I just sent the additional amount of money to cover the difference of the raised rent. She said, as long as it gets here by the grace period, I won't be As charged a late fee. I talked to Mel several times before the grace period ended asking if she received my check and she finally told me the check came a day late, but she said she wouldn't charge me a late fee, she also said that she talked to the owner and was able to have the owner keep my rent where it was. I am on a fixed income, and now I don't need to find another storage place. Mel went beyond her job to help me out and can't thank her enough. She's the kind of employee that helps a business grow. Mel was helpful, honest, and had great customer service. Every time i go she meets and exceeds my expectations. Facility was clean and I feel my items are secure at smartstop! I'm definitely recommending her and this Facility to family an friends as well as going back for any and all future needs. They even sell supplies!

Excellent care for my dog and cat. Very thorough exams that detected issues the my dog. Was able to schedule the needed surgery quickly and she healed well under their care.

Dr. Schaffer is awesome. Shes very knowledgeable and informative. She’s helping my pup who got valley fever this summer. This clinic is always trying to help and accommodate, and make us feel like our dog’s health is important to them. I’ve had to go in for an emergency visit and they helped me out and squeezed me in. Also our dog does NOT like strangers and all staff has been very patient about it and try not to disturb him which we appreciate.

Always CARING. They are always 30 days out for Annual exams and we'll checks so I always plan a head. I love that they have emergency appointments each morning just make sure you call at 730 because as I found out those same day sick appt. go fast. The service is the best I've seen. From the front receptionist to the technicians to the doctors this clinic is right on track.

We have 3 animals and all of them have been treated by Caring Hearts since we moved here 9 years ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Vets are very knowledgeable, friendly and very caring for all of the animals. We feel very lucky to have found them when we moved to this area.
