Carlos and his team did a wonderful job loading my stuff. Price changed by a little but they helped me out through the entire process, my husband called to his booking agent and everyone were very helpful during the entire time. as promised, when the truck arrived they had their name written on it. one small thing I noticed is that they dont include the shrink wrap, so make sure to request it upon booking.
The staff of Black Bear Moving & Storage Los Angeles is the coolest! They do a great teamwork in your move, and the best thing is that they are in a very good mood all the time, and despite that they are very well focused and nothing is forgotten. They pack everything perfectly so that it does not suffer any damage in the transfer, loading or unloading. I am really very satisfied with the very economically accessible service. If I needed to move again of course I would call them again! Excellent service. I give it five stars.
