My father came to visit for the week, and we ate breakfast here EVERYDAY because it was such an enjoyable experience. The food is great, and the service is very friendly! Easy to get to as well, you can pull down into the parking garage and take the elevator up to the first floor which is very convenient.

I tried to write a complimentary note using the company's website, but strangely, you are not able to input even a compliment without a survey code. Therefore, I will leave my compliment for this location at South Coast Plaza here. I had some of the best service I've ever had at a Ruby's here on 08/21/2021 at 6:45pm. Jennifer was my server and got me everything I needed. The hostess who sat me was also very helpful in getting me a booth that would work for me that day. I needed one that was wide enough to allow me to write notes onto a manuscript. I had the bacon cheeseburger, frings, an iced tea, and an ice cream sundae. All of the food was perfect. Great job at this location!

I was happily surprised that Ruby's Dinner had a relaxing and comfortable outside dining area. My friend I both preferred salads, a chicken Caesar for me know and s Cobb salad for her. Both were good. Our server, Carlos was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our lunch.

Stopped in for breakfast. The service was great and the food tasty. I had pancakes and our server even brought more syrup when I asked. She was great!
