This company has been amazing. From the owner, office staff, and right on down to the assigned caregiver. They really stand behind their motto – best choice, outstanding care, lasting memories. Glady’s, my mom’s caregiver is a beautiful human being inside and out. She is compassionate and have developed a wonderful connection with my mother, my father, and the whole family. She shows up at least 15 minutes early and it is absolutely amazing to see her engage in conversations with my 4-year-old. She is prompt, courteous, and the consummate professional. Jannic Health Services deserves more than five stars. To have them at our house and caring for mom makes us extremely pleased and comfortable! We highly recommend this company.

We are extremely grateful and happy with the care that Jannic Health Services is giving to our mum. Mom loves Edith, her caregiver, who has been not only helpful but kind and patient. For a long time, we were paranoid having had incidents with other help and had to check in constantly. Now, we really do not have to as Edith keeps us abreast of everything. And she is never eager to run out the door when her shift ends. She is like family we can trust. Thanks, Jannic Health Services. You really treat my mother like family.

It has been a week and I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the service that we received from Jannic Health Services. They did an outstanding job looking after my elderly Aunt during the last few weeks when she was able to live at home, largely due to the outstanding service their caregiver, Janet, provided. Our closest relative lives in Michigan and with everyone on the East Coast we could not be there ourselves and the care and service they provided her in her final days was beyond my expectation. We cannot thank Janet enough for her kindness and the manager who always seemed to have a word of encouragement.  Thanks guys. You all are the best!
