It looks upscale, and definitely can deliver expensive materials, but I've been pleasantly surprised how affordable many of their selections are. As a contractor I usually deal with a manager or a more tenured employee in multiple locations. I'm dealing with 2 stores currently, one my client went to and one closer to me. The Sterling manager is doing all the work now, but he's crediting the sale to the original store rep in Springfield, which is great. I appreciate that kind of teamwork and making it easy for me.
