Two words... Lisa Creger! She is upbeat, positive, and very knowledgeable. I never thought I would look forward to calling in to my insurance company to make payments and such, but Lisa is such a delight to work with! You can tell she loves what she does, and she does it well. You can literally feel her smile through the phone! Any questions/concerns I have about my insurance premium, she is always there to get me the information I need, FAST! I’ve been with State Farm for over 10 years, and she’s just one of the many reasons why I stick with State Farm. Thank you Lisa, for all you do!
