I actually look forward to their calls when it's time to review my Part D insurance. They give a heads-up call, make an appointment and then call at the day and time agreed upon. Best of all, they review one's current meds, discuss where you buy them, and then let you know the options and costs - not just the monthly or cost of individual drugs, but different ways of managing costs. Very professional and equally friendly.

Senior Advocate Insurance is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Becky helped my mom understand the Medicaid web and find the best plan for her with the medicines she was on. They were very patient explained everything to her and she was extremely satisfied with their service.
