Lotus Garden Meditation Center

This review is for the Fair Oaks Blvd, Deep Peace Gentle Yoga on Sunday. The location was great, lots of parking, the studio and bathroom is was immaculate, everything was clean, spotless. The blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters were in clean, like new condition. The space itself was large, well decorated with thoughtful accents. The instructor, I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, she was fantastic! This may sound like a weird thing to add, but I liked that the instructor didn't use a fake sing-song "gentle" voice when leading the class through breathwork and meditations. She used her regular voice, she spoke softly enough to be relaxing but I could still hear her clearly (this is important because I wear glasses, but remove them during yoga, and I sometimes can't see the poses very well). I enjoyed the sequence and tempo of the poses. I'm definitely excited to try more classes here, I enjoyed the overall vibe and the casual atmosphere.

I can't tell you how blown away I was by this place. I started yoga at the studio around the corner, and a teacher said I should stop by. The place is tucked back off the road and beautiful, with koi fish and a swimming pool. I was walking up and a guy named Chris actually offered me lunch. Had a good talk about philosophy. Went to a meditation event on a friday night, and it was way more authentic than I was expecting.

I love Lotus Garden! I always looked forward to their Friday night candlelight kirtan events. It was such a relaxing a beautiful way to end the week and the perfect beginning to the weekend. Thank you for all the lovely times!

The owner and her husband are a very sweet couple. This place is beautiful. They have free dinner and mediation every Sunday from 6pm-9pm(: in a cozy yoga room. Very clean and peaceful place to meditate or practice yoga. Affordable.

The vibe at Lotus Garden is really mellow and friendly. Who knew that mediation was so enjoyable. The first time I went I was nervous because I haven't practiced meditation in a long time, and everyone made me feel so at home, I had a great time.
