RISE UP COUNSELING AND CONSULTING PLLC

I was referred to Rise Up, along with several other companies in Charlotte for therapy, approximately four years ago. I just got serious about finding a therapist and found the list I was given. Out of everyone I called, Shakeena was the only one to call me back! I mean, a lot can happen in four years - trust me - I know...but still. From the very first phone calls and interactions, she has been nothing but professional and welcoming. Shakeena matched me with what I call my “Spirit Animal Therapist” Danashia and I don’t believe that I could be healing at a healthier rate than I am! She just gets me! I am so happy to have them in my life now. I have and will continue to rave about their services and refer everyone to them. Rise Up gets as many stars as there are in the sky from me! Thank you!

Shakeena is AMAZING !!!!!!! There isn’t anyone better . When speaking with her she HEARS YOU. She’s actually listening and giving you encouragement and letting you know about grace and that it’s okay to feel whatever it is you feel. THIS WOMEN WAS HEAVEN SENT SERIOUSLY!!!!!! My heart is sooo full.

Wow ! What can i say !!!! Shakeena is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend her . Not only is she down to earth but she’s like my best friend . She keeps it real , No matter what and she actually love her job . She loves what she do!!! Patient , kind , she actually listens . These past few weeks ! She has shown me a lot ! You can’t help but wanna do better . Vent ! I’m glad my sister in law found her for me . She’s amazing ! You can’t help but love her !! I’ll email her even on days i know that she is busy and she will respond until our next session. I was afraid of seeing a therapist but she is definitely welcoming . If you’re looking for a good therapist i recommend her .

I have been seeing shakeena for a very long time, off and on and she is the best. She has helped me get through some very hard times, she has taught me life skills, how to be my best self, i truly cant thank her enough, as far as i am concerned she is the BEST !!!!!!

Shakeena is so down to earth and open. She makes me feel at home and I feel like I'm being heard. Lots of resources. Love our sessions. She's helped me find strength in even my depressions. Can't wait for my next session.
