One of the easiest purchases I have made in seven decades of my life. Coastal Hearing Care in Bradenton, Florida immediately won me over in just a single visit. Efficient, knowledgeable, competitive and professional in every step of my purchase. I was done in just sixty minutes. A second visit to become familiar with my new hearing aids and walked out forty-five minutes later with my hearing aids in each ear and a new life of hearing clearly. I am very appreciative of the quality of the hearings aids that were recommended Coastal Hearing Care and the stellar service that I received. I recommend Dr. Kristin DesErmia as she provides the rare combination of professionalism, honesty and empathy to her craft. Her credentials as a Doctor of Audiology provide the skill sets to better prepare you for your hearing needs than an untrained hearing aid specialist. Her honesty is refreshing providing transparency in her pricing and pros and cons of the different hearing aid solutions. Finally her empathy of working with people who have, mostly through age, declining hearing abilities gave me comfort to know I was working with someone who is dedicated to help others.

I'm out of town and needed some help with my hearing aids. I sent a message to Ascent and Kristin called me within 30 minutes. She stayed on the phone with me, helped me with all my issues and wouldn't let me go until everything was working perfectly! It was past time for her to leave for the day, yet she was helpful, extremely patient and very nice! That is customer service above and beyond what you will find at most hearing aid stores or from the super clubs! Thank you SO much, Kristin and Ascent Audiology!!
