The personal trainers at this studio are friendly, personal, and knowledgeable. I attend classes here on a regular basis and we always have a fun and challenging workout. No two classes are the same and the trainers take the time to talk to you about your personal goals. The community of people here is awesome; everyone is welcoming and supportive.
