J & C provided fast and professional service to me though my needs arose during a holiday weekend. They responded to my frantic request and reassured me that they would be able to attend to the issue as soon as the holiday weekend ended. This was very very appreciated since I had a guest staying at our cottage, and I was able to reassure them that things would be attended to. Also, I was able to relax and enjoy my own holiday weekend. Then the technician squeezed me into his already full schedule and followed through on schedule. I recommend J & C for their amazing customer service and technical response.

These guys really know their stuff! I had something big living in the crawl space under my house (built in 1898). Kept people awake at night it made so much noise. We thought it was a possum bc we live near the zoo and possums have been a problem in the past. J&C asked a lot of questions and said it sounded more like cat noises than a possum. They set a live trap and sure enough- next morning there was a giant feral cat in the trap. Great attitude and friendly service. Highly recommend if you need pest control professionals.

I recently purchased a new house and needed a termite contract. After receiving several quotes, I went with J&C because of pricing. Not only I felt their price was fair, the tech, Lendell was extremely professional. Gave me a quote and showed up next day to do the work.
